We are often asked why customers can't purchase directly from our website. The answer is a simple one: we are selfish! We want you to come visit us to get the whole "David Anthony's" experience: the aroma of our wonderful home fragrance potpourris, the taste of our free samples of our gourmet coffee, and our wide variety of gifts and home decor items from which to choose. We want to help you pick out "just the right thing," wrap it in our free, distinctive style if it's a gift, and see the smile on your face when you leave. If we sold our products online, we would be deprived of this experience!

David Anthony's is an independently-owned gift shop and has been in the same hands for more than 18 years. Owner Eleanor Stephenson is a native of Fuquay-Varina and strives to maintain a "small-town" feel for a shop in an area that is experiencing a population explosion. David Anthony's understands the need for a shopping alternative that features unique items for any person on your list.

Need a unique gift idea? Choose from any number of items that can be personalized: recipe cards (see left), coasters, stationery, enclosure cards, or napkins! It's an inexpensive service with a quick turnaround!
Our wide variety of handkerchiefs, handbags, baby items, and other cloth items can also be monogrammed to make them extra special.
Jacob's big smile shows you three great things! He has lost a tooth, been visited by the Tooth Fairy, and that David Anthony's has items (like this special Tooth Fairy Pillow) to celebrate all stages of life.
We carry several lines of greeting cards, including these Swing Cards from England. There are many selections in addition to this one with the cute little kitties, and they require no assembly. It's a card and a gift, all in one!
